Please be aware, for all returns, exchanges and refunds of any products that have not been purchased directly from Spivey; customers must contact the reseller and not Spivey directly.
We will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and must contain its original packaging and accessories.
Any items that have engraving or any personalization made to them are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges due to the customization of each item.
Spivey sale items are final sale and are not returnable for refund nor store credit. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned.
To return an item: Please call us at 1-704-907-5006 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return authorization number. Your number will be provided to you and a return document will be emailed, which you will need to print and place within your package.
Shipping Returns: For shipping your return to us, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, signature required. Be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received. Please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to Spivey.

We are happy to exchange a product for a different size or design. We will exchange it as long as the original product is sent back within 14 days of the delivery date in perfect condition and must contain its original packaging and accessories. Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receipt of your return. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
