Lapis Lazuli was among the most highly prized tribute paid to Egypt, obtained from the oldest mines in the world. It stimulates the desire for knowledge, truth, and understanding. Cobalto Calcite is said to be the stone of self discovery, radiating unconditional and universal love. The most choice material of cobalto calcite is found in the Katanga (Shaba) Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Uvarovite is connected to the heart chakra and emanates joy and regeneration. Sourced from Russia, Uvarovite is from the garnet family and naturally occurs in this vivid and shimmering green.

The raw minerals and stones are meticulously hand selected and ethically sourced. Each step along the way I am mindful of all the hands involved in the creation of my jewelry. For my design process, the real excitement begins when I enter in to the "creative cave".  In some cases it starts with the raw mineral or stone, to the birth of a design that will come through the stone. Then to the cutting, polishing and setting resulting in a functional piece of art, co-created by mother nature and my-self.
